A Focus on Accessibility and Upgrades

Beyond the improvements to the field itself, the project emphasizes ADA upgrades that ensure inclusivity for all players, staff, and spectators. These enhancements will create a welcoming environment where every member of the community can fully engage in and enjoy the game-day experience.

The design includes significant additions to strengthen the program’s infrastructure. Planned improvements feature an elevated press box and elevated bleachers for an enhanced spectator perspective, covered dugouts for players, dedicated team rooms, and essential power and data upgrades to meet modern collegiate athletic standards.

SGH Architects’ approach ensures Cypress College’s softball program has a future-ready home that supports excellence, fosters community, and celebrates the spirit of athletics.
