Project Overview

The Saugus Union School District has embarked on a significant campus improvement effort at James Foster Elementary School, aimed at creating a more permanent, efficient, and inspiring learning environment.

Central to this vision is the removal of approximately ten aging relocatable classroom buildings, making space for a new two-story classroom building that reflects the District’s commitment to long-term educational excellence.

Modern Learning Facilities

The new 11,000-square-foot, two-story classroom building will serve as a cornerstone of the campus transformation. Designed to provide modern, permanent spaces for teaching and learning, the building not only enhances the aesthetic of the campus but also delivers greater functionality, safety, and efficiency.

This investment ensures that students and teachers can thrive in a setting built for the future.

Complementing the main classroom building is a new 1,500-square-foot Flex Classroom, thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of instructional approaches.
