Project Overview

The Joslyn Senior Center has long been a vibrant gathering place for Redlands’ senior community and the broader public. Recognizing its importance, the City of Redlands is investing in the future of the 8,666 SF facility by engaging SGH Architects to modernize and upgrade key spaces within the building.

This commitment ensures that the Center will continue to serve as a vital hub of connection, wellness, and community support.

Transforming Key Spaces

A central focus of the project is the transformation of the Center’s 45-year-old kitchen and food preparation area into a fully equipped commercial kitchen. This upgrade will provide the capacity and flexibility needed to deliver expanded food services, better meeting the evolving needs of the community.

Additionally, the project includes the renovation of the Center’s toilet rooms, bringing them up to modern standards of accessibility, cleanliness, and functionality.
