Grow with us

We place a priority on nurturing the career of people. We work hard, but we have a fun time while we’re at it.

Our values are the cornerstone of our company. Every other stone is placed in reference to this stone, so the cornerstone establishes the quality of the entire structure. Likewise, our values guide everything we do in our business.

Careers, SGH Architect

WE MAKE OTHERS SUCCESSFUL

We’re all in this together—so we do what we can to make everyone succeed, whether a colleague, a client, or someone from our community. As a result, the work we create for our clients is guaranteed to succeed too.

WE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

We encourage action, and when something doesn’t work, we say, “My mistake.” We nurture an atmosphere in which our colleagues have the courage to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.

PERSONAL INITIATIVE

Whenever there’s an opportunity to help, we jump in! This spirit is contagious and creates momentum that keeps projects rolling forward.

QUALITY IS IN THE DETAILS

By trade, we’re big picture thinkers. But the difference shines through in our dedication to detail in our work, in our documents, and in our communications.
Careers, SGH Architect

WE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES

When something goes south, we grab our team and grab a beer—not to drown our sorrows but to figure out what we have learned and how this can help the firm.

PEOPLE MATTER

We create a work environment in which our people feel encouraged. We mentor their talent and enable their careers to flourish. Our people are rewarded for their hard work, dedication, and intelligent ideas, allowing them to thrive.

GO THE EXTRA MILE

Our clients remember when we deliver the unexpected: an innovative solution, some thoughtful details, or staying in touch long after a project is done.
